- Cooking Butter Beans1 cup
- Rice Flour3 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Dried tomato paste1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
- Panko flour1/2 cup
- Vegetable milk1/2 cup
- Process the butter beans, rice flour, tomato paste, olive oil and salt.
- Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add the parsley.
- After reducing the temperature, make small balls and roll them in milk, then in panko flour.
- Bake for 20 minutes or fry in very hot oil.
