  • Cooked chickpeas1 cup
  • Boiled Sweet Potato1 cup
  • Tahini1 tablespoon
  • Parsley1/2 cup
  • Minced garlic1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Flaxseed Flour2 tablespoon
  • Chickpea flour1 tablespoon
  1. In a mixer, add the chickpeas, potato, lemon, parsley, salt, seasonings and two tablespoons of flaxseed flour, process until creamy and set aside.
  2. Separate two deep dishes: in one of them, add the chickpea flour with as much water as you need until you form a mixture in the consistency of egg. In the other dish, place the flaxseed flour.
  3. Separate the dough into balls and pass each one in the chickpea flour and then in the flaxseed, breading each cookie.
  4. In a greased form. Bake for about 30 minutes on medium to high heat.
