- Cooked chickpeas1 cup
- Boiled Sweet Potato1 cup
- Tahini1 tablespoon
- Parsley1/2 cup
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Flaxseed Flour2 tablespoon
- Chickpea flour1 tablespoon
- In a mixer, add the chickpeas, potato, lemon, parsley, salt, seasonings and two tablespoons of flaxseed flour, process until creamy and set aside.
- Separate two deep dishes: in one of them, add the chickpea flour with as much water as you need until you form a mixture in the consistency of egg. In the other dish, place the flaxseed flour.
- Separate the dough into balls and pass each one in the chickpea flour and then in the flaxseed, breading each cookie.
- In a greased form. Bake for about 30 minutes on medium to high heat.
