- Macaroni250 g
- Extra Firm Tofu200 g
- Peanut1/3 cup
- Shoyu1/3 cup
- Brown sugar2 tablespoon
- Squeezed lemon2 tablespoon
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Chives1 unit(s)
- Sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Sunflower oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove5 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Filtered water1 l
- Squeeze the lemon, slice the carrot into thin and long strips, the chives into slices and the tofu into cubes. Mash the garlic.
- In a pan, boil a liter of filtered water and cook the pasta according to the time on the package. Drain the water and reserve the pasta.
- For the sauce, start by mixing the soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon, salt and paprika. Reserve the sauce.
- In a heated pan, add the sesame and soybean oil to sauté the tofu. Brown on one side and when you turn, add the garlic and peanuts.
- When everything is golden, add the sauce and then the pasta.
- Serve with chives on top and a slice of lemon 😋
