  • Extra Firm Tofu200 g
  • Peanut1/3 cup
  • Shoyu1/3 cup
  • Brown sugar2 tablespoon
  • Squeezed lemon2 tablespoon
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Chives1 unit(s)
  • Sesame oil1 tablespoon
  • Sunflower oil2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove5 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Spicy paprika to taste
  • Filtered water1 l
  1. Squeeze the lemon, slice the carrot into thin and long strips, the chives into slices and the tofu into cubes. Mash the garlic.
  2. In a pan, boil a liter of filtered water and cook the pasta according to the time on the package. Drain the water and reserve the pasta.
  3. For the sauce, start by mixing the soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon, salt and paprika. Reserve the sauce.
  4. In a heated pan, add the sesame and soybean oil to sauté the tofu. Brown on one side and when you turn, add the garlic and peanuts.
  5. When everything is golden, add the sauce and then the pasta.
  6. Serve with chives on top and a slice of lemon 😋
