Applesauce to replace eggs in vegan recipes

Tire as cascas das maçãs, corte em cubinhos e cubra com 50ml de água . Leve ao microondas por 5 min na potência maxima. Assim que tirar do microondas triture com um mixer ou liquidificador até ficar com textura de papinha.

Seu purê de maçã está prontinho.

Ele serve pra substituir os ovos em algumas receitas, como a do biscoito de limão que eu ensinei.

A dica é usar 50g desse purê pra cada ovo e não substituir  mais de 3 ovos por receita.

Peel the apples, cut into cubes and cover with 50ml of water. Microwave for 5 minutes on full power. As soon as you take it out of the microwave, grind it with a mixer or blender until you get a baby food texture.

Your applesauce is ready.

It serves to replace eggs in some recipes, like the lemon biscuit I taught.

The tip is to use 50g of this puree for each egg and not replace more than 3 eggs per recipe.
