- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Brown or coconut sugar (can also be demerara - it gets sweeter)1/2 cup
- Plant milk (or water)1 cup
- Vegetable oil1/4 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Blend the finely chopped apples, milk and oil in a blender until smooth (no apple pieces).
- Add all the other ingredients, except for the yeast, and beat well until incorporated.
- Add the yeast and beat (or stir) lightly just to mix well.
- Bake in a preheated oven (230°) in a greased (or silicone) shape for 30 minutes (do the toothpick test).
