Apple1 unit(s)
Whole wheat flour2 cup
Oat flour2 tablespoon
Brown or coconut sugar (can also be demerara - it gets sweeter)1/2 cup
Plant milk (or water)1 cup
Vegetable oil1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
Yeast1 tablespoon

Blend the finely chopped apples, milk and oil in a blender until smooth (no apple pieces).
Add all the other ingredients, except for the yeast, and beat well until incorporated.
Add the yeast and beat (or stir) lightly just to mix well.
Bake in a preheated oven (230°) in a greased (or silicone) shape for 30 minutes (do the toothpick test).
