- Demerara sugar1/4 cup
- Water1/3 cup
- Vegetable oil3 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, always leaving the yeast for last.
- In a non-stick or greased skillet, place a ladle of the dough and let it brown on both sides.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
