- Dried beef100 g
- Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic5 unit(s)
- Black pepper and salt to taste to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Pumpkin2 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Ground Saffron1/2 teaspoon
- Cook 200 grams of Manioca butter beans according to the instructions on the package, pour the water and set aside
- Desalt the dried meat and cook for 00:30 min
- Open the pumpkins in half, remove all the seeds and steam them so they don't break up and keep their properties.
- After all these ingredients are cooked and ready, set aside
- Sauté the garlic with the onion, peppers, add the shredded dried meat, sauté a little longer, then add the beans, salt and black pepper to taste and the saffron of the earth
- The dried meat and butter bean stuffing must be without broth, so sauté for a few minutes with just the broth of the ingredients, remove the cooked pulp from the pumpkins and add to the stuffing, turn off the heat, finish with coriander
- Arrange the pumpkins on a plate and add the stuffing, finish with parmesan cheese, brown for a few minutes, serve with your favorite side dish. It's delicious!
