Ingredients
- Potato | 500 g
- Gruiere Cheese | 150 g
- Ball Cheese | 150 g
- Grated Parmesan | 150 g
- Diced Bacon | to taste
- Green Smell | to taste
- Salt and Pepper | to taste
- Milk | 250 ml
- White Wine | 150 ml
Recipe
- Cook the potato in water and salt. Blend in a blender with some of the water from her cooking. It has to have a slightly liquid consistency. Transfer to the pan again and add the cheeses and wine. Don't forget to move it all the time. Expect to reduce a little. Add the milk after the melted cheeses until you reach the desired consistency (add little by little). Adjust the salt and add the black pepper. Fry the bacon cubes until they are very crispy. At the time of serving, add the chopped parsley, the bacon and add olive oil to taste. A sliced salt bread goes very well too. Enjoy your food.
