2 cheese sauce with croutons and parmesan croquettes

Corte os croutons regue azeite ou óleo por cima. Pegue o queijo parmesão e dívida em duas porções e coloque no forno junto com os croutons para assar. Certamente o pão vai assar primeiro então retire o pão e volte o queijo até dourar e ficar cerquinho.


Cut the croutons drizzle olive oil or oil on top. Take the parmesan cheese and debt in two portions and place in the oven along with the croutons to bake. Surely the bread will bake first so remove the bread and turn the cheese over until golden and crisp.


Na panela coloque a margarina pra derreter e o leite em outra panela pra aquecer ( coloque meia cebola junto do leite). 

In the pan, put the margarine to melt and the milk in another pan to heat (put half an onion with the milk).

Coloque a farinha na panela com a manteiga e mexa até cozinhar um pouquinho. 

Put the flour in the pan with the butter and stir until it cooks a little.

Agora acrescente o leite aos poucos e vá mexendo sem para com um fouer até ficar liso e colocando sempre o leite, o molho precisa ficar denso.

Now add the milk little by little and keep stirring nonstop with a fouer until it's smooth and always adding the milk, the sauce needs to be dense.

Agora pique a cebola que estava no leite e coloque no molho.

Now chop the onion that was in the milk and put it in the sauce.

Acrescente o queijo mussarela e mexa até ficar bem cremoso e o queijo derretido, ajuste o sal e sirva-se nesse friozinho.

Add the mozzarella cheese and stir until it is very creamy and the cheese is melted, adjust the salt and help yourself in this chill.
