Italian bread1 unit(s)
Zucchini1 unit(s)
Ricotta cream or curd cheese1 tablespoon
Olive oil to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
Butter1 tablespoon
Garlic1 unit(s)

Cut the Italian bread into slices, and rub the garlic on them.
Take the bread to toast in the skillet with butter
Slice the zucchini lengthwise, you can use a knife or a mandolin
Place the sliced zucchinis on top of the bread, season with salt, black pepper and olive oil and finish with the curd cheese, which can be replaced with ricotta cream.
