- Italian Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Corn Flour1/2 cup
- Grated Parmesan40 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Wash the zucchini well and cut into sticks. Season with oil, salt, oregano and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
- Dip the zucchini sticks into the beaten egg.
- Then roll in cornstarch.
- Then pass the corn flour mixed with the Parmesan.
- Place in the airfryer, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 180° for 15 minutes or until golden.
