  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Bananas4 unit(s)
  • Liquid whole milk400 ml
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  1. Peel and mash the bananas well with a fork. If you have a food processor, you can use that. Reserve
  2. In a bowl, lay the eggs and beat with a whisk until well aerated.
  3. Add the milk little by little and mix well.
  4. Add the mashed bananas and incorporate well into the pudding dough.
  5. In a small pudding mold that fits in a pressure cooker, pour the syrup of your choice, covering the bottom and sides.
  6. Place the pudding mold inside the pressure cooker and pour the pudding mass into the mold.
  7. Carefully pour water into the pressure cooker, without falling into the mold, for our bain-marie.
  8. Cover the pudding mold with aluminum foil and pressure cook for 15 minutes.
  9. Let it cool and carefully remove it from the pressure cooker, then remove it from the mould.
  10. Now all you have to do is try their amazing sugar-free banana pudding!
