- Vanilla Whey1 tablespoon
- Strawberry3 unit(s)
- Banana1 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
- Chestnuts1 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Mix the yogurt with the whey and honey in a bowl.
- Pour into a mold lined with parchment paper and decorate with the toppings of your choice.
- My chosen toppings were peanut butter, chestnuts, strawberry and banana, I put everything on top of the yogurt
- Now put everything in the freezer until it freezes completely.
- Once it's frozen, break or cut into pieces as you prefer and you're ready to eat! delicious and refreshing
