  • Wheat flour3 can(s)

  • Lemon zest1 dessert spoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1/2 cup
  • Lemon zest1 to taste
  1. In the blender, beat the eggs, lemon juice, yogurt well (use the yogurt cup to measure 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 oil).
  2. Add the sugar and gradually the wheat flour (if your blender is not powerful, add the mixture and flour in a bowl).
  3. Then just add the zest and yeast gently. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  4. Wait for it to cool and unmold. Coverage is very practical! In a bowl, place the condensed milk and lemon juice and stir very well until incorporated, then just spread it on your cake and sprinkle with the lemon zest (if you want)
  5. Tip:always grate only the blue whiting of the lemon, never the white part, this one in turn brings the bitter taste!
