- Yogurt170 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, oil, yogurt and sugar in a blender and blend for a minute.
- In a bowl place the wheat flour. Pour the contents of the blender into the flour and mix very well.
- Finally add the baking powder and mix gently just to incorporate well.
- Greased and floured form.
- Preheated oven at 180' for approximately 35 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test to see if it's baked in the middle. Pierce the cake with a toothpick, if it comes out dry it's because it's ready!
