- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Sugar (use the yogurt cup as a measure)2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour (use the yogurt cup as a measure)2 unit(s)
- Grated coconut (use the yogurt cup as a measure)1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In the blender place the eggs, yogurt, margarine and sugar.
- Beat for 3 minutes.
- With the blender on, add the flour and the grated coconut, continue beating a little longer.
- Turn off the blender and add the baking powder, hit quickly just to mix.
- Pour into a greased and floured form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes or until cooked.
