  • Optional cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon

  • Natural skimmed yogurt1/2 unit(s)
  • Raisins1 dessert spoon
  1. Mix the oatmeal with the yogurt and refrigerate for 2 hours until well hydrated. If you wish, you can leave the oatmeal for longer.
  2. Chop the banana and mango fruit and set aside. Take a glass jar with a lid and assemble in layers. First the mango, add the hydrated oatmeal, raisin, peanut paste, honey, add the chopped banana and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. serve.
