- Wash and cut the yam into thin slices. Be careful because it gets very slippery, cut it very thin, and dry it. Use a dish towel.
- On a platter, drizzle olive oil and distribute the yam slices, do not touch or place on top of each other. Drizzle again with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Leave it in the preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10 min, follow it so it doesn't burn. Time may vary from oven to oven.
