  • Whole wheat flour2 cup
  • Sunflower oil1 tablespoon
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Brown flaxseed1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water.
  2. Add the oil and 1 cup of the wheat and mix with a spoon.
  3. Add the salt, flaxseed and the rest of the wheat gradually.
  4. Mix with your hands until the dough is homogeneous.
  5. Knead well, form a ball and let it rest in a covered container for 30 minutes to rise.
  6. After that time, roll out dough with a rolling pin and shape your pizzas.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
  8. Fill with the flavor of your preference and return to the oven at 200ÂșC to finish.
