- Butter2 tablespoon
- Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Milk150 ml
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Whole wheat flour1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Fennel to taste
- Yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- Whisk the first 3 ingredients for about 5 minutes. Then add the yogurt, milk and salt. Mix.
- Gradually add the cornmeal and flour, mixing gently. Add the cinnamon and fennel. Mix.
- Add the yeast and mix well. Add the egg whites and mix gently from bottom to top.
- Bake in a preheated oven in a greased shape for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
