- Fresh yeast tablet1 unit(s)
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Wholemeal flour1 cup
- Wheat Slice1/2 cup
- Olive oil80 ml
- Salt5 g
- Brown sugar40 g
- Chia80 g
- Flaxseed80 g
- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water, add half of the wholemeal flour and mix with a spoon until smooth.
- Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Add the oil, salt, sugar and the rest of the flour, stirring with a spoon until it releases from the side of the bowl.
- Cover and let rest for another 1 hour.
- Place the dough in 1 medium English cake pan greased with olive oil and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- If you want, you can add another spoonful of chia and flaxseed to the mold (to decorate).
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
