Milk cream

Medium strong coffee, low sugar

Creamy milk, or milk whipped in a mixer, or regular milk

Derreta o chocolate no micro-ondas, potência baixa para não queima, acrescente o creme de leite e misture bem.
Em uma taça ou copo adicione o chocolate branco no fundo,depois o gelo,então um pouco de café  e por cima o leite cremoso, eu utilizei a prensa francesa pra deixar o leite cremoso, mas pode usar aqueles mixer de milk-shake, ou use o leite normal. 
Se quiser na versão quentinha só  retirar o gelo.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, low power so it doesn't burn, add the cream and mix well.
In a glass or glass add the white chocolate at the bottom, then the ice, then a little coffee and the creamy milk on top, I used the French press to make the milk creamy, but you can use those milkshake mixers, or use regular milk.
If you want the warm version, just remove the ice.
