Wheat cake with buttery dough

Bata as claras em neve e reserve.
Na batedeira, adicione os ovos, açúcar e a manteiga.
Bata até ficar um creme.
Acrescente a farinha de trigo e o leite até ficar uma massa homogênea.
Acrescente as claras em neve delicadamente e o fermento.
Leve ao forno por cerca de 40 minutos.

Whip the egg whites and set aside.
In the mixer, add the eggs, sugar and butter.
Beat until creamy.
Add the wheat flour and milk until you get a homogeneous mass.
Gently add the snow whites and the yeast.
Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
