- Recipe
- Water480 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Oil5 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sachet dry yeast10 g
- Wheat Flour (to the point)800 g
- In a bowl, place the water (warm if the weather is cold or ambient if the weather is hot), add the sugar and dissolve well, then add the yeast, oil and salt, and gradually add each cup of wheat, stirring until form a heavier dough that comes off easier from the bowl, you will notice that it will be stickier on the inside and more dry on the outside, if you want to knead the dough feel free but it is not necessary as long as you get to that point that it comes off more easily ... Then let it rest for 20 min to increase volume in a closed place, either in the basin with a lid, or put a dish towel and leave it in a place that does not enter air, like stove, microwave. After this time, handle the dough to return to normal size and use oil in your hands to shape the breads to your liking, put it in the greased pan with oil, and let it rest for another 20 minutes until it doubles in size. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden. *No need to brush the buns Tip: Make a syrup with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water and brush the breads as soon as they come out of the oven to leave the bread crust very soft and give a special touch...
