  • Medium English Potatoes6 unit(s)
  • Cream cheese150 g
  • shredded mozzarella cheese300 g
  • Sliced Bacon6 unit(s)
  • Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  1. Cook the potatoes al dente, cut a lid on the top and dig a little inside. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Make a paste with the cheese, curd and green smell and stuff the potatoes.
  3. Wrap the potatoes with a slice of bacon and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
