- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Soybean oil3 tablespoon
- Vinegar3 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch to taste
- Chemical brew (Royal)1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat approx.1/2 kg
- Mix all ingredients manually
- If the dough is soft or sticky, add more wheat.
- If it's a little hard add a little water to balance a good texture of the dough😉
- Sprinkle some flour on the table and roll it up making a "tripe".
- Then cut and close the ends to form the donuts.
- Fry in hot oil and drain on absorbent paper.
- After frying sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to taste (optional)
