Ingredients
Recipe

Eggs3 unit(s)
Soybean oil3 tablespoon
Vinegar3 tablespoon
Salt a pinch to taste
Chemical brew (Royal)1 tablespoon
Sugar1 cup
Wheat approx.1/2 kg

Mix all ingredients manually
If the dough is soft or sticky, add more wheat.
If it's a little hard add a little water to balance a good texture of the dough😉
Sprinkle some flour on the table and roll it up making a "tripe".
Then cut and close the ends to form the donuts.
Fry in hot oil and drain on absorbent paper.
After frying sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to taste (optional)
