- Puff pastry300 g
- Cream Cheese100 g
- Frozen vegetables150 g
- Gem2 unit(s)
- Flour for dusting to taste
- Defrost the vegetables and pass them in a frying pan with a little butter. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool.
- Open the puff pastry with a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- Cut medium rectangles and put a spoonful of vegetables and some cream cheese in half of this rectangle. Fold the other half of the dough over the top, covering the filling. Squeeze the sides well so that the stuffing does not leak out.
- Put it in a greased shape and brush with yolk.
- Take to preheated oven, at medium temperature, for about 35 minutes, until golden!
