- Recipe
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Water5 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oat Flour5 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Various Boiled Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Corn, Peas etc) to taste
- Various Seasoning (Salt, Oregano, Pepper ect) to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Mix all ingredients well
- Place in silicone molds or in normal mold greased with coconut oil
- If you prefer, you can put the cheese and oregano on top, bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
