  • Mineral wait2 tablespoon
  • Sweet sprinkle1 cup
  • sour starch1 cup
  • Organic Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Saffron1/2 coffee spoon
  • Pink salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Oregano1 dessert spoon
  • Lemon juice1/2 cup
  1. In a bowl, prepare the cassava puree, mashing it and adding the first amount of water.
  2. In a large bowl, pour all the ingredients and mix.
  3. Add the water to the cheese, little by little. The ideal point is a slightly elastic dough that does not stick to the hands.
  4. Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough and mold. Cover with PVC plastic and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
