- Wheat flour (before filling the cup, put 3 tablespoons of cornstarch)1 cup

- Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder1/4 teaspoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Unsalted butter at room temperature100 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
- Mix the flour (the amount is 1.5 cup, the app doesn't allow you to put a comma in the measure), sugar, baking soda (the amount is 1/2 and 1/4 teaspoon, same problem with the flour), yeast and the salt. Add the butter and beat until just coated with flour.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla. Add this mixture to the flour in 3 parts, wiping the sides of the mixer bowl before each addition. Whisk until the ingredients are all incorporated, but don't over-beat.
- Place the molds on the cupcake pan and divide the dough between them (makes 12 cupcakes).
- Bake for about 22 to 25 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean, in an oven preheated to 165°.
- When ready, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. If desired, decorate with icing after that.
- TIP: sift the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast, bicarbonate) and also the eggs.
