cream cheese to taste
Sliced Mozzarella6 unit(s)
Italian Tomato (small)1 unit(s)
Chili (small)1/2 unit(s)
Onion (small)1/2 unit(s)
Coriander to taste
Spices for vinaigrette to taste

Start by placing the sausages to prepare. It can be fried, in the Air Fryer or even barbecue leftovers.
In the Air Fryer: Place the sausages at 200°C for 25 minutes, turn them over when halfway through.
When ready, cut them in half.
Cut the bread in half and spread the cream cheese on both sides, place a slice of mozzarella and the two halves of the sausage.
Place another slice of mozzarella over the sausage and finally the vinaigrette.
For the vinaigrette: Just chop the tomato, onion, bell pepper and cilantro into small cubes. Season to taste.
Tip: For an even tastier vinaigrette, use yellow, red, and green peppers. It's also worth putting pout pepper, it's delicious!
