  • Tuscan sausage without the cover600 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Parsley and chopped chives1/2 cup
  • Breadcrumbs4 tablespoon
  • Freshly grated Parmesan100 g
  • Diced Mozzarella150 g
  • Oil for frying500 ml
  • Egg, wheat flour and breadcrumbs for breading1 unit(s)
  1. Knead the Tuscan sausage well, add the parsley and chives, the egg, Parmesan cheese and the breadcrumbs until it is very homogeneous and you can shape it. Make balls open, place a piece of mozzarella and close again. After all the dumplings have modeled, pass in the wheat flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden. Remember the fire is always on medium so as not to run the risk of burning for now and being raw inside. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
