- Sausage1 kg
- Medium Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Paprika1 dessert spoon
- Ground pepper to taste
- Aromatic Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Wash the potatoes well and cut each one into 8 pieces. * No need to peel. Season the potatoes with the paprika, salt, pepper mix and olive oil.
- On a platter, place the Tuscan sausage sections and between them place the potatoes. Scatter sprigs of aromatic herbs on top;
- Take to preheated oven, at high temperature, for about 50 minutes, or until golden.
- When you take it out of the oven, discard the aromatic herbs, brush with olive oil
