  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well until it is smooth and elastic.
  2. Let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
  3. Divide the dough in 2
  4. With the help of a rolling pin, open each part leaving an elongated shape.
  5. Add the chosen filling (I used 200g of mozzarella and a few cubes of gorgonzola) and close the ends of the dough giving a “boat” shape.
  6. Transfer each pide to a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the edges are golden brown.
