- Garlic50 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Cherry Tomato2 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola Cheese10 g
- Olive Oil, Salt, Oregano, Green Scent and Black Pepper to taste
- To make the basket you need a cupcake form. Grease the mold with oil and set aside.
- Beat the two eggs as if you were going to make an omelet, put the seasonings together. Reserve.
- Place a turkey breast in each cupcake pan forming a basket. Then add the sliced leek, cheese, beaten egg, cherry tomato cut in two and place a slice in each basket.
- Finally, put the green smell and bake for 15 minutes, before serving you can add a drizzle of olive oil.
