Ingredients

  • Milk | 500 ml
  • Wheat flour | 500 g
  • Margarine or butter | 3 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • grated cheese | 1 cup
  • Tuna | 4 can(s)
  • Chicken Knorr | 1 unit(s)
  • Sazon sachet | 2 unit(s)
  • Egg | 4 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Place the milk, butter, sazon, grated cheese and Knorr in the pan and heat.
  2. When it starts to boil, add the wheat flour and stir until it comes out of the pan.
  3. Let cool and knead well.
  4. Open the dough with a glass, place the tuna and close the risole
  5. Dip in beaten egg then in breadcrumbs and fry.
