- Cornmeal0.5 cup
- Oil0.5 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Milk0.5 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Chopped tomato to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Chopped Olives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Beat the corn, cornmeal, eggs, milk, yeast and oil in a blender. Add a pinch of salt too.
- Make the stuffing by mixing the tuna, onion, tomato, olive and whatever else you want
- Place the stuffing on a plate greased with olive oil and then place the blender mixture on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you like.
- Bake at 200 degrees until golden and golden.
