- Greek yogurt2 unit(s)
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Truffle oil100 ml
- Butter30 g
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- Ricotta1 unit(s)
- Clean and chop the onion and mushrooms, sauté in a very hot skillet with olive oil, butter and sage
- Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Make a cream with the ricotta, yogurt and Sicilian lemon, add a pinch of salt and pepper
- Place the breadsticks on a plate to assemble and serve in the same container.
- Make a layer of Sicilian ricotta cream and add a spoonful of mushrooms to each layer.
- Finish with a basil leaf each, black pepper and a drizzle of truffle oil
