  • Sage2 unit(s)
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Box of toast4 unit(s)
  • Greek yogurt2 unit(s)
  • Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
  • Truffle oil100 ml
  • Butter30 g
  • Nutmeg1 teaspoon
  • Ricotta1 unit(s)
  1. Clean and chop the onion and mushrooms, sauté in a very hot skillet with olive oil, butter and sage
  2. Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
  3. Make a cream with the ricotta, yogurt and Sicilian lemon, add a pinch of salt and pepper
  4. Place the breadsticks on a plate to assemble and serve in the same container.
  5. Make a layer of Sicilian ricotta cream and add a spoonful of mushrooms to each layer.
  6. Finish with a basil leaf each, black pepper and a drizzle of truffle oil
