- Mint to taste
- Ginger1 teaspoon
- Chop all the fruit and place in the freezer for at least 1 ½ hours.
- Blend the frozen fruits with the mint and ginger in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Serve in a bowl-like container.
- It can be consumed for breakfast with cereals such as granola.
