  • Oil (reserve for frying)2 cup
  1. Boil the water and oil and blanch the cornstarch.
  2. Let it cool and knead the dough with the eggs.
  3. Fry in oil from cold to lukewarm temperature (be careful not to burn yourself, because you can splash while frying)
  4. After fried, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
