- Wheat for kibbeh1 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- Ground beef300 g
- Chopped Mint to taste
- grated onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- Mix the kibe flour with the hot water and leave it for about 30 minutes.
- When the flour absorbs in a bowl, add it to the meat, mint, salt, onion and garlic.
- Mix everything very well and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Shape the kibe and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Leave on a paper towel to absorb all the oil.
