- Light cream cheese or light mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- White cheese30 g
- Heat a skillet greased with butter and crack the eggs.
- Season with salt and stir until cooked, but not browned.
- Add 1 spoon of light cottage cheese, or light mayonnaise, and mix well.
- Heat the tortilla to give it a light golden brown and crunch. Transfer to a plate.
- Add the salad, eggs and diced cheese.
- Sprinkle herbs to your liking (green smell, oregano, basil, chimichurri, etc.)
