- Cherry tomato or sweetgrape200 g
- Garlic to taste
- Rosemary sprigs to taste
- Olive oil150 ml
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Round cream cheese or burrata1 unit(s)
- In a baking dish, place the cleaned tomatoes, sugar, salt, garlic cloves, rosemary sprigs. Drizzle with olive oil, mix everything and put it to bake for 30 min at 180°C.
- While it's in the oven. Leave the round cream cheese in the freezer. It helps when removing the entire pot.
- With the help of a knife, remove the curd from the pot and place on a plate.
- While still hot, place the roasted tomatoes with olive oil and everything on top of the curd.
- Finish with basil leaves if you like. It looks beautiful! Eat with toast and rolls. You can use these tomatoes over pasta al dente. It looks divine. The oil is super aromatic.
