- In a refractory place the sanitized tomatoes, the coarsely chopped garlic cloves and the rosemary sprigs.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
- Bake over low heat (180°C) for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
