  • Catupiry2 tablespoon
  • Sesame to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chives to taste
  1. Take a slice of Italian bread and spread the catupiry lightly on it so it doesn't sink
  2. Take it to toast in the non-stick frying pan (it has to be non-stick)
  3. Once well browned, cook the egg in salted water (to peel it more easily) as soon as it boils for 3 minutes, that's the point
  4. Place the soft egg on top of the toast and cut
