- Egg1 unit(s)
- Catupiry2 tablespoon
- Sesame to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chives to taste
- Take a slice of Italian bread and spread the catupiry lightly on it so it doesn't sink
- Take it to toast in the non-stick frying pan (it has to be non-stick)
- Once well browned, cook the egg in salted water (to peel it more easily) as soon as it boils for 3 minutes, that's the point
- Place the soft egg on top of the toast and cut
