Italian bread1 unit(s)
Egg1 unit(s)
Catupiry2 tablespoon
Sesame to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chives to taste

Take a slice of Italian bread and spread the catupiry lightly on it so it doesn't sink
Take it to toast in the non-stick frying pan (it has to be non-stick)
Once well browned, cook the egg in salted water (to peel it more easily) as soon as it boils for 3 minutes, that's the point
Place the soft egg on top of the toast and cut
