- Ground beef rib (Must be ordered at the butcher to prepare, remove the bone and have a ratio of 25% fat to 75% meat560 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Gorgonzola240 g
- Bacon in cubes already prepared in the skillet.200 g
- Onion Crispie60 g
- Mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard to taste
- Burger buns. Choose your favorite type of bread.4 unit(s)
- Prepare the hamburgers: Place the meat in a bool and make a dough, mixing meat and fat proportionately, and mold 4 140 grams hamburgers.
- That plate, grill, frying pan, or yes! You can Air Fryer!
- Arrange the hamburgers and sprinkle the salt and pepper sparingly when turning the meat.
- The cooking time of the meat depends on your personal taste, but the rule is 3/4 minutes on each side, thus having a meat to the point.
- When there is 1 minute left to finish cooking the meat, add the gorgonzola and bacon. Smother to melt.
