  • Tapioca flour3 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Heat a medium skillet.
  2. Add the tapioca flour, spreading well and covering the entire bottom of the skillet, rising a little to the edge.
  3. Crack the eggs directly on top of the tapioca flour, piercing the yolks.
  4. put salt
  5. Cover the skillet and leave on low heat.
  6. Check it out to see if the eggs are to your liking.
  7. When you think the eggs are perfect for you, fold the tapioca in half.
  8. Remove from heat and serve.
