- turmeric to taste
- spread the tapioca in the frying pan and, in a small pot, beat the egg with the curd salt and seasonings - I like to add 1 tablespoon of water too, but it's totally optional.
- Pour over the tapioca and wait for it to be almost cooked to double! I serve it on a napkin so it doesn't get wet and keeps the crunch.
